BIT

JUST A LITTLE BIT – The Bit Stool is a sculptural yet functional piece that redefines sustainable seating. Designed during my time at Normann Copenhagen, I developed this concept for Simon Legald, exploring the intersection of bold aesthetics, material innovation, and versatility.

Crafted from 100% recycled plastic, Normann Copenhagne found the perfect material for the created shapes and turn it into a speckled , terrazzo-like stool, which makes each piece unique. The chunky, monolithic form is playful yet minimal, allowing it to function as a stool, side table, or sculptural object in both indoor and outdoor spaces.

With a strong emphasis on circular design, the Bit Stool embodies the potential of recycled materials in contemporary furniture, blending sustainability with timeless Scandinavian design principles.
